We’re keeping things on low power mode this Labor Day, with members of our team traveling, vacationing, spending time with family and friends, or simply enjoying a well-earned long weekend.
It feels especially appropriate to celebrate here in New York, where the first Labor Day parade took place in 1882. What began as a gathering of workers in Lower Manhattan grew into a national holiday honoring the contributions, achievements and hard work of American workers.
If you’re spending the day in NYC and looking for a way to enjoy the unofficial end of summer,
However you’re spending the holiday, we hope you’re able to unplug, recharge and enjoy some time with the people you love. Happy Labor Day from all of us at Martin Eiden + Partners!
