Debt Ceiling Deal
Today Biden signed into law a bill extending the debt ceiling for two years, averting an economically disastrous debt default ahead of Monday’s deadline.
The Senate passed the bipartisan budget deal in a 63-36 vote Thursday. The House passed the legislation a day earlier by a vote of 314 to 117, with 149 Republicans joining 165 Democrats in favor of the agreement.

New York City’s official Pride theme this year is Strength in Solidarity, an apt reminder that Pride was born as a protest movement against bigotry wherever it manifests. The Manhattan Real Estate Market Is Returning To Historical Seasonal Activity
There are more homes on the market, more contracts are being signed, and it's taking less time for it to happen. Supply is up 3.6% from last month and 27.1% year to date (YTD). Pending sales have increased 40.8% YTD and 12.9% from last month. The average number of days a home stays on the market is 89 days, down 12.7% from last month, and up 43.5% from last year.
