Growing Fears of Inflation

Commodity shortages are continuing to grow, bringing more cause for concern and fueling inflation fears. Many predict price increases and pressure is growing for more government intervention, as many fear this shift is not temporary. On the other hand, there are studies that suggest the inflation scare doesn't match reality. It is likely that reported inflation will jump a bit – but it will be largely a statistical artifact. NYC subway returning to 24/7 service

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said New York City's subway will return to its pre-pandemic service levels and resume 24/7 service starting May 17. The announcement came on the day local government workers were asked to begin returning to offices and was pitched by Cuomo as another sign that New York’s recovery has begun. (Full Story)
