As influencers, our team was invited to a private tour of the Central Park Tower. In terms of over the top luxuries, here are some of interest...

The powder room had every surface (floor, walls, ceiling) covered in a special stone. It immediately cleared your head of any fogginess and create a serene environment. To ensure exclusivity of the book matched marble in the master bath, the developer bought the mountain in which the marble is mined so no one else will have it. Physically opening a dishwasher is so yesterday. Knock on the dishwasher twice and it opens automatically. For the penthouse triplex (over 17,000sf) on floors 129-131, you are in the tallest residential tower in the world. Bonus, it comes with a private ballroom and a 1,500 private terrace on the 129th floor. Where else could you be outside at such an elevation in New York City?
For everyone else the building, they have access to the 100th where there is a ballroom, private restaurant, and cigar lounge.

The newest "must have" luxury room is a meditation room. On the way out is the home office and panic room.
