| Rise (and Fall?) of the 10 Year Treasury The 10-Year Treasury plunged from a high of over 5.325% to 5.081% last week. Could this be signaling a reversal from the steady increase we've been seeing? If so, that would have a direct effect on mortgage rates, bringing them down as a result. This is the first time in a long time we’ve seen Treasury's rally into a weaker market. (More) |

October is one of those months that reminds us why we love calling New York City home. The leaves are turning beautiful shades of gold and orange, the crisp autumn air makes wandering the city that much more enjoyable, and townhouse stoops across the city are coming alive with festive decorations, colorful pumpkins, and creative Halloween displays. From pumpkin carving with family and friends to cozy dinners at our favorite neighborhood restaurants, there's no shortage of reasons to enjoy everything New York has to offer.
For our team, October is also about connection. Between busy days of showings, meeting new clients, planning events, and helping familiar faces, we're reminded that real estate is ultimately about people. As we settle into the heart of the fall market, we're embracing the energy, opportunities, and relationships that make this city and our work so special. |
