Ultra Luxury Report - OUT NOW

2025 was defined by resilience, 2026 is shaping up to be a year of recalibration and opportunity. The ultra-luxury real estate market, particularly at the $10M+ tier, is entering a more deliberate phase, one marked less by urgency and more by intention. Buyers are no longer simply purchasing homes; they are underwriting long-term lifestyle decisions in an envi-ronment where capital, technology, and values increasingly intersect.

Metals Dazzle

Is That All You Got?

Last week's snowstorm was record breaking. Central Park saw 11.4 inches of snow in Sunday's storm, the most ever recorded on Jan. 25.

But did that stop us?

Absolutely not.

We still had a full week filled with open houses, private showings, staging, photographing, listing presentations, shoveling, and opening frozen lock boxes.

There isn't much that could stop us from being there for our clients. We take pride in this and are so grateful to be able to be doing this work. Learn how we continue to show up and show our clients that we mean business - no matter what is thrown at us.
