Stocks Took a Dive

U.S. stocks slumped this week, led by the Nasdaq 100's biggest drop since October, as investors rotated away from lockdown winners and as the benchmark U.S. Treasury yield spiked to a one-year high. Gamestop, however, made a bit of a comeback with the shares continuing their resurgence Thursday. Keep an eye on how the Fed's tightening policy will affect on the market. (Full Story)

House Prices are Skyrocketing

In cities across of the country, home prices are seeing the biggest jump since 2014. With interest rates below 3%, low housing inventory, vaccines rolling out left and right, and businesses reopening, it is a perfect set up for large amounts of real estate activity. Buyers are happy with the low interest rates and sellers are happy with bidding wars. It's a great time to be in the market! (Full Story)
