A silver tsunami is about to shake up the real estate industry. Baby boomers dominate America's housing market owning $19 Trillion in real estate assets - that's $5T more than Gen Xers and its more than 2x what Millennials own. But as Boomers age out, millions of homes will be up for grabs, and Gen Z is poised to benefit.

Wall Street Ticks Higher Following Last Week's Slide

The S&P 500 rose 0.4% for its first gain in three days. The Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped 55 points, or 0.1%, and the Nasdaq composite gained 0.6%. Treasury yield hit its highest level in 5-1/2 months on Friday as economic data and comments from Federal Reserve officials suggested a slower pace of interest-rate cuts ahead.
