contracts signed this week made up of 12 condos, 3 co-ops, and 3 houses. The total contract volume was $212,374,000 for an average sale price of $11.7M. The previous week saw 15

Dow Rises to Close at Fresh Record, S&P 500 Hits All-Time High

Earlier on Friday, the S&P 500 broke above 5,100 for the first time. The Dow Jones Industrial Average

added 62.42 points, or 0.16%, also reaching a fresh record and closing at an all-time high of 39,131.53. The Nasdaq Composite

lost 0.28% to close at 15,996.82, but had notched a fresh 52-week high earlier in the session. (Read More)

Whether it is going to a new restaurant, seeing a movie, or helping me host an open house (because he's old enough to do that now!). Watching him grow up has truly been the biggest joy of my life.
