Stocks plunged on Halloween, the spookiest daily drop for the S&P 500 in about eight weeks. Investors weren’t thrilled with earnings from Meta and Microsoft and Apple stock fell after the from Meta and Microsoft, and Apple stock - though iPhone sales rose for the first time in two quarters hit a Q4 record. Friday saw a hefty bounce back to end the week.

Prosecutors also reiterated plans, first previewed at a hearing last month, to bring more charges against Mr. Adams and others in what they described as a wide-ranging corruption scheme involving the mayor, his campaign fund-raising and Turkish government officials who sought to influence him.

My club (The Amateur Comedy Club) put on another amazing production last night and the whole team - including our new team members Zoe, Rachel, and Minh - joined in the fun. The play was Death by Design and it might have been the best performance to date!

Before that, we got pizza, salad, calamari, and cheesecake delivered from Tappo Pizza to Compass HQ!

Thank you for making this night so special, team!
