Zillow Is In Trouble With The Law

Zillow is facing a growing list of lawsuits. The FTC & 5 states are challenging Zillow and Redfin’s $100 million multi-family syn-dication pact. Regulators say the agree-ment undercut direct competition. A sep-erate class-action complaint focuses on how the company uses its Flex program and listing rules, and the plaintiffs argue that certain agents and teams are harm-ed by the structure. CoStar is pressing a copyright suit claiming Zillow lifted tens of thousands of proprietary images.

Stock Markets rally into Thanksgiving, notch best 4-day stretch since May

Tech names have again helped to buoy the market. Alphabet (GOOG) shares slipped from record highs while Nvidia (NVDA) popped more than 1%, with both tech names reversing course from the previous session as competition within the AI chip space grew. Microsoft (MSFT), Tesla (TSLA), and Apple (AAPL) also rose.

Global Markets Boosted by

Fed Rate-Cut Hopes

Global markets rose this week on inc-reased hopes of a Federal Reserve rate cut next month, and as investor optimism over artificial intelligence returns. U.S. markets are closed Today for the Thank-sgiving holiday and are open for a short-ened session Friday.

U.S. Futures for the Dow, S&P, and Nasdaq were up ahead of the market reopen Friday.
