The U.S. economy brought back more jobs than expected in the last month, perhaps foreshadowing an even faster employment growth in the coming months as more Americans get vaccinated and jobs across industries return. The resilience of the Manhattan residential real estate market was on full display in Q1 this year. A new year and multiple vaccines restored hope. S

ales increased 4.8% compared to the same

period last year and soared 37% quarter-over-quarter. The $1-3M price range was the most active, with 40% of sales - an all-time high. In summary: there may never be a better time to sell. (Full report)

The housing madness shows no signs of slowing, not only in New York, but in other states/cities as well. Some owners are seeing their homes get more offers than they know what to do with.
