Despite the importance of "loving thy neighbor" fights between those who live near each other are common, and can even result in what is known as a spite house. From a skinny house in Boston to a spite-house in Seattle, there are many examples of homes that were designed to annoy the neighbors. Inflation

Inflation is the big topic du jour, but we must remember how depressed the economy was a year ago. Comparing today's figures to last year's is certain to show massive gains. Airfares rose 24.1% YOY but were down 6% compared with their pre-pandemic level. Pre-owned vehicle prices were up 29.7% YOY, but the rise from pre-pandemic levels while high was less than half at 13.7%. We are in a slingshot recovery. (Full Story)
