Trade Movements

U.S. stocks fell on Monday and Tuesday, then reversed course the next three days as news of trade talks lifted investor sentiment. The United States and the United Kingdom announced a framework aimed at reaching a comprehensive trade agreement, and U.S. and Chinese officials announced they'd roll back most of their sky-high reciprocal tariffs for 90 days while negotiations continue. NYC Congestion Pricing By the Numbers

The New York Times reported there are 76,000 fewer vehicles per day on the road, traffic is moving 15% faster, ridership of public transit alternatives is up across the board, parking violations are down ~4%, there are about 1/2 as many vehicle -related noise complaints, fire response times have improved by ~3%, and more students are getting to class on time. Puerto Rico!

Last week, we took our son Noble (who is in college now - can you believe it?!) to Puerto Rico. It was an incredible, relaxing, sun-filled, family vacation that left us all restored and rejuvenated. We are so grateful and fortunate to have times like these in our lives.
